Enhancements extend to the common areas as well, with a refreshed lobby and elegantly updated hallway corridors, offering a seamless blend of mountain charm and elevated design.

Four Seasons | Chalet Ski Valet
The Chalet, Four Seasons' dedicated ski valet center, recently completed a comprehensive redesign that enhances both style and comfort. The refreshed space now features a warm, inviting ambiance with cozy corners, warm fireplace, plush seating, and fur blankets, creating a welcoming retreat after a day on the mountain. Thoughtful design updates complement the elevated level of service, reinforcing The Chalet as an integral part of the resort’s winter experience.

Highlands Slopeside | Exterior Refurbishments
Located in Colorado at the top of Beaver Creek Village, working with Zehren & Associates out of Avon, CO, the EWDC Management team executed a full reskin of the building, inclusive of the roof and chimney cap, bringing a fresh new look and feel to the property. Entries of the building were redesigned, and interior Hallways received a full FF&E renovation.

Highlands Lodge | Exterior Refurbishments
Working with Rowland & Broughton architecture from the Aspen office, the EWDC Management team reimagined the building's exterior, including new entry designs and window replacement configurations. The roof was replaced as well as the chimney caps, to tie in the new look and feel of the property. All exterior facades were replaced with a new color palette. This project was completed in one phase in 8 months.

Village Hall | Exterior Refurbishments
In the pedestrian core of Beaver Creek, EWDC management oversaw the complete renovation of the exterior, including all new windows for residential and commercial units. Several ownership groups in an association structure created complexities that required careful, well-thought-out planning not only with the ownership groups but with the ski resort operator. Completed in one summer season, on time and on budget.

Highlands Westview | Exterior Refurbishments
Highlands Westview is currently in Phase Two of a comprehensive renovation project designed to enhance both the exterior and interior of the property. The exterior upgrades include a complete roof replacement and the installation of new, energy-efficient windows, improving performance, durability, and overall curb appeal. Simultaneously, the interior common areas are being revitalized with all-new furnishings, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), creating a more refined, comfortable, and contemporary environment for owners and guests alike.

PHASE 2 IN PROGRESS

Greystone | Exterior Refurbishments
Greystone Condominiums are located on the slopes in Beaver Creek, Colorado, and are going through exterior renovations. Phase one is replacing the current cold roof application with a super-insulated roof system. Redesign of the soffits and eaves is also part of the improvement being made. The first phase is to be completed by November 2025.
